1. Where are your products made?
All of our designs are created and crafted in our studio in Greensboro, NC, with a focus on quality materials and attention to detail.

2. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Yes! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Please reach out to us directly to discuss customization options.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary depending on the product, but most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom pieces may take longer. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship through USPS. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. USPS Ground Advantage is the most affordable option. This can be purchased at any Post Office counter, or some locations offer a self-serve kiosk in the lobby. More information provided upon return/exchange request via your order summary. 

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us via your order summary to arrange the details.
